PowerLab product warranties must be facilitated through dealers where products were purchased. Sub components parts (ie. Garrett, TiAL, TurboXS, Deathswerks etc...) follow their respective manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.  There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for opened electronic components (unless defective). Please report all shipping damages to the carrier immediately and dealer of purchase. PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE). No returns after 7 days of receipt of item. Returns are subject to manufacturer/ distributor rules and policies.

Items sold by PowerLab L.L.C. may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, PowerLab L.L.C. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. PowerLab L.L.C. does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. PowerLab L.L.C. is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.

Installation:

All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. Some professional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation.

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. However, we will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part. We are here to serve our customers any way we can.

Check all local and federal laws before ordering. Many after-market components are made for off-road use only and may also void your automobile manufacturer's warrantee. This is the standard among the automotive aftermarket industry.
